I had a great stay at Pullman! The shuttle service from the airport was convenient and check-in was smooth. My room was on the 9th floor and had a beautiful view overlooking a pond. The bed was comfortable and the Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. The executive lounge had a good selection for breakfast and evening happy hours. Despite a few small repairs needed in the room, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival at this hotel, I was immediately struck by the luxurious atmosphere and exclusive amenities on offer. the Spa & wellness centre was particularly impressive, with top-notch facilities and a fantastic selection of treatments. the heated swimming pool and sun terrace were also lovely places to relax and unwind.
the staff at the breakfast restaurant seemed slightly understaffed, resulting in long wait times to be seated and served.

As young holiday goers, we loved the cool and contemporary decor, along with the pool area and bar for drinks and snacks. The shuttle service from the airport every 30 minutes was convenient, and the pool, spa, sauna, and VIP lounge provided plenty of activities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was excellent.
We felt very at home during our stay, and nothing was too much trouble.

During my Xmas stay, I loved the convenient location of this hotel near the airport. It made it easy for me to catch my flight without any hassle. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep before my early morning departure. Additionally, the staff were friendly and courteous, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
On the downside, I found the hotel to be a bit pricey for what it offered. the rooms seemed a bit outdated and could use some renovations.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport terminal, making it easy to transit at Guarulhos airport. With a free shuttle service, it's comfortable to crash for a night before returning to the airport. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, providing a relaxing environment. The staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast offers a great variety of options.
There was a lack of empathy and apology from the receptionist when I raised some issues during checkout.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is very near the airport. It is just down the road from the airport, which made it very convenient for my early flight. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. The facilities, such as the gym and swimming pool, were more than decent.

We had a fantastic stay at a good transit hotel near the airport. The shuttle service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast layout was excellent. Although the a la carte menu was so-so, the buffet was good. I would recommend this hotel.
